Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 18, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using brewbinds.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Site is operated by Infinarte LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Orders

Product descriptions

We make every effort to display our coffee table books (“Binds”) accurately, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the Site are error-free or complete. All Binds are produced using print-on-demand technology; slight variations in color and finish may occur between print runs.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final for that order.

Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Binds are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because Binds are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if your book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product listing, please contact us at care@brewbinds.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, book designs, and software — is the property of Infinarte LLC or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Approved affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the marketing assets we make available through AffiliateKits (“AK assets”) — including images, videos, cover renders, and copy — solely for the purpose of promoting BrewBinds products. This license terminates automatically on termination of affiliate status. Sublicensing and any use outside of BrewBinds promotion are prohibited.

6. Creator Platform (Future)

We intend to open a creator platform that allows users to create and sell their own Binds. When available, use of the creator platform will be governed by additional terms (a Creator Agreement) that will cover content licensing, revenue sharing, and publication standards. These terms will be presented separately at registration.

7. Affiliate Program

We operate an affiliate program that allows approved individuals to promote BrewBinds products and earn commissions on resulting sales. Participation is subject to our approval and to the separate BrewBinds Affiliate Agreement, which is presented to you at the time of registration and which sets forth the commercial terms of the program (including commission rates, payout thresholds, hold periods, and clawback windows). Those commercial terms are not published on this page and may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.

Required disclosures (FTC)

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to BrewBinds in every post, video, story, or other communication that promotes our products, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and any equivalent rules in the affiliate’s jurisdiction.

Prohibited conduct

  • Misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims about BrewBinds or its products.
  • Unauthorized use of BrewBinds or Infinarte trademarks, including bidding on brand terms in paid search.
  • Promotion on platforms or in contexts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
  • Self-referral, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate attribution or commissions.

Tax responsibility

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Infinarte LLC. Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes arising from their commissions. Where required by law, we will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC or comparable tax documents.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate program at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. On termination, your license to use AK assets under Section 5 ends immediately, and any unpaid commissions are subject to the clawback and payment terms set forth in the Affiliate Agreement.

8. Waitlist & Communications

By joining our creator waitlist, you consent to receive occasional email communications about the BrewBinds platform. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at care@brewbinds.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinarte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
