Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
BrewBinds is a brand operated by Infinarte LLC. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy, we mean Infinarte LLC. When we say “BrewBinds,” we mean the BrewBinds website, storefront, and related services at brewbinds.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Waitlist signup: Email address and, optionally, your name.
- Purchases: Name, email, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card details).
- Account creation: Username, email, and password (if you register as a creator on our platform).
- Communications: Any information you include when you contact us at care@brewbinds.com.
Affiliate program participants
If you register for or participate in our affiliate program, we additionally collect:
- Profile information: Display name, bio, avatar, and social-media handles you choose to share.
- Assigned promocode: A unique discount and attribution code issued to you.
- Payout account identifiers: The email, phone, or account details required to receive payouts (for example, a Zelle email, PayPal email, or Stripe Connect account identifier).
- Tax identity documentation: Where required by law, a completed IRS Form W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US), including legal name, address, and taxpayer identification number.
- Attribution and payout records: Sales attributed to your promocode, commissions earned, clawbacks, and payout history.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, referring URL, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/region) derived from your IP address.
- UTM parameters: If you arrive via a marketing link, we capture the source, medium, and campaign identifiers to understand which channels drive interest.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
- AffiliateKit page tracking: Public AffiliateKit pages (hosted under affiliate-specific URLs) record anonymous visitor events — page views, outbound link clicks, video plays, share-button clicks, and copy-to-clipboard actions — along with an anonymous visitor fingerprint (a hashed identifier derived from browser and IP signals), referrer, approximate country, and user agent. These events are attributed to the affiliate whose AffiliateKit page was visited so we can measure engagement. No name, email, or other direct identifier is collected at this stage.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill orders for physical books.
- To send you updates about the creator platform if you joined the waitlist (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To improve our website, products, and services.
- To administer our affiliate program, including processing payouts, preparing tax forms, and measuring attribution.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Print fulfillment: We share your shipping address and order details with our print-on-demand partner to produce and deliver your book.
- Payment processing: Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not have access to full card numbers.
- Affiliate payouts: If you participate in our affiliate program, we share payout-account identifiers and amounts with the payout rails we use (for example, Zelle, PayPal, or Stripe Connect) for the sole purpose of delivering your commission payments.
- Tax reporting: Where required by law, we report affiliate earnings to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and comparable authorities (for example, Form 1099-NEC for U.S. affiliates who earn at or above the applicable reporting threshold in a calendar year).
- Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance. Affiliate tax records (including W-9 / W-8BEN forms and 1099 filings) are retained for at least seven years to meet IRS requirements.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at care@brewbinds.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
8. Children’s Privacy
BrewBinds is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of BrewBinds after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
