How we make books

Every BrewBinds bind is printed on demand by our production partner the moment your order is placed. Because each book is made specifically for you, we don't hold inventory and we can't accept buyer's-remorse returns the way a traditional retailer can. What we do stand behind is the quality of what we send and our promise to make things right when something goes wrong.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your bind arrives damaged in transit, with a printing defect, or otherwise not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at care@brewbinds.com with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. Photos are required — we share them with our production partner to authorise the reprint.

For confirmed defects that our production partner agrees to reprint, we'll send a replacement copy of the same edition at no additional cost — both the reprint and the shipping are on us. There's nothing to return; the original defective copy is yours to keep. We don't offer cash refunds in lieu of a replacement for defect claims; if a reprint isn't possible for any reason we'll work with you directly to find a fair resolution.

Wrong book or wrong edition

If we shipped you the wrong title or wrong edition (hardcover vs. paperback, etc.), email care@brewbinds.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll print and ship the correct edition at our cost and you can keep (or recycle) the wrong copy.

Address errors

We validate every shipping address against our address-validation partner before checkout to catch typos. Once you confirm the address and pay, the order is locked to that address.

If you notice an error before production starts (typically within an hour of payment), email us immediately at care@brewbinds.com with your order ID. If we catch it in time we can correct the address before it goes to print.

We're unable to offer free replacements for orders shipped to a buyer-supplied address that turned out to be wrong. Reprint and reship in those cases would mean us bearing the cost of an error we couldn't prevent on our side. We may be able to help arrange a discounted reorder depending on the situation — reach out and we'll do our best.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible for a short window after payment (typically up to one hour), before your bind enters production. After that point we can no longer cancel. If you'd like to cancel, email care@brewbinds.com as soon as you decide; we'll confirm whether your order is still eligible.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Most cards show the refund within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank. Original shipping fees are refunded as part of any cancellation or damaged / defective refund.
